Cliff Elam serves as Solutions by Text’s Vice President of Sales, leading a team to drive new business and growth opportunities in AR Services, Banking, and Lending verticals. His focus on Value Selling and Challenger aligns the team around a customer-centric mentality and has resulted in record sales growth and customer satisfaction for SBT.

Cliff’s sales career is not traditional – he began as a manufacturing engineer for Northern Telecom, and went on to spend a decade in software development at major tech companies and venture-funded startups. This experience gave him a deep appreciation for the product’s role in sales. Since then, he has spent 30+ years in sales and other customer-facing roles, and has successfully run both new business and renewal sales in companies from 15 employees to over 100,000.
