As Vice President, Customer Success at Solutions by Text, Janine is responsible for empowering customers to achieve bottom-line results by improving consumer engagement and payments with SBT’s compliance-based, rich messaging and payments platform.

Janine has held multiple operating and consulting roles with startups and global F500 companies and has experience working with a variety of solutions including compliance, health care, and mobile communications.

Prior to joining SBT, Janine was the Vice President, Customer Success and Revenue Operations at Mobilewalla, a provider of consumer data intelligence and predictive modeling solutions. She is the co-founder of GrowthTera, a growth consulting firm helping B2B tech firms with their go-to-market strategy and operational leadership. GrowthTera’s systematic approach and frameworks transform sales, marketing, and customer success teams into an Integrated Revenue Engine™ that accelerates and optimizes revenue at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
