Before joining SBT, Leigh Ann served as VP in Collections and Customer Service in the public and private sector and held SVP and VP roles in Mortgage Servicing and collections. As a customer of SBT, she partnered to launch strategic contact center technology implementations to optimize contact performance and recoveries through successful compliant SMS collections recovery 2-way texting solutions.
