Paul DiPietro is a seasoned human resources executive with nearly 30 years of business experience, including more than 20 years in senior HR leadership roles across global professional services and fintech organizations. He brings deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing HR functions, with a focus on talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness. Paul holds an MBA from Wagner College and is a certified executive coach.
Paul has a strong track record of leading transformative people strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture. As SVP and Head of Human Resources at SBT and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he leads the company’s global people strategy, ensuring the organization continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting its ongoing expansion.
Prior to joining SBT, Paul served as Managing Director and Global Head of HR at Hazeltree, a fintech SaaS firm, where he led the evolution of the company’s HR function during a pivotal growth phase. Earlier in his career, Paul spent more than 25 years at PwC, where he held multiple senior HR leadership roles supporting large, complex business units, including the firm’s Global Transactions (M&A) business as well as its New York Metro Technology and Financial Services sectors.
